Brazil concluded negotiations within the scope of the Mercosur-Singapore Agreement. Singapore is the 6th largest destination for our exports, and one of the most dynamic economies in the world.
The agreement is expected to attract more than R$11 billion in investments in Brazil and increase our GDP by R$28 billion in the coming decades.
The Mercosur-Singapore Agreement covers tariff and regulatory issues: services, investments, government procurement, intellectual property, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, trade defense, commitments in postal services, financial services and movement of people.
