Brazil trade flow increased by 25.4% in the first week of October, reaching US$ 13.53 billion. This result was driven by a growth of 33.8% in exports – totaling US$ 7.56 billion – and 16.2% in imports, totaling US$ 5.96 billion.
For the year, exports totaled US$ 261.24, with exports of fresh, chilly or frozen beef up 212.5%, unground corn 464.2%, unroasted coffee 64.5%, soybeans 85.3%, and minerals such as copper 191%. Imports totaled US$ 211.93 billion, with a positive balance of US$ 49.32 billion.
